I’ve been directly involved with the charity Barnardo’s for a number of years now. The charity would be able to raise millions of pounds more than they currently do if everybody eligible was to sign up to Gift Aid. This simple scheme allows a charity to reclaim an extra 25p for every pound raised, at no cost to the taxpayer.
This speculative infographic aims to encourage customers visiting a Barnardo’s retail store to sign up, making the process clear and easy to understand without putting them off with jargon and exhaustive copy. Barnardo’s already has a defined and established visual identity, and this graphic follows these guidelines, but at the same time pushes the charity’s communications towards the trend for visual information.
